Oakleaf are partnering with a well known global bank in order to help them find a purely strategic HRBP. This is a pure strategic HRBP role that requires candidates that have worked at ExCo-1 / Leadership levels and have partnered not with client groups but businesses themselves.
Suitable candidates must be able to think of the overall business/group, not about the individual and have demonstrable experience of doing so. Financial Services experience is a very strong preference for this role and as this is a global matrix business candidates will also need to understand the complexities of working in this environment.
These is an extremely exciting role requiring thought leaders, candidates who are not transactional but truly strategic. Candidates will also need to be robust, corporate, confident, strong willed, can build trust and respect quickly and add value at the most senior levels.
Requirements:
1. Solid Business Partnering experience, with a strong level of technical HR depth
2. Proven strategic HR experience and thought leadership
3. Significant experience in Financial Services, ideally in Corporate Banking
4. Proven ability to influence at ExCo level and manage complex stakeholder environments
5. Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
6. Excellent communication, coaching and relationship building skills
