On offer is salary of £40,000 - £45,000, 20+8 days annual leave and pension scheme. You’ll be supported by a competent Deputy and Administrator in the day to day running of home.
The Registered Manager role
- Overall you are responsible for the day to day running for the home, ensuring that standards of care are high and meet CQC standards.
- You’ll manage the home budget but wider financial management including P+L management and fee negotiations with Local Authority are overseen by the director.
