THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exciting, high-impact role for a commercially driven leader who loves closing big deals and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. As our Country Manager for the UK, you will take full ownership of our commercial performance, leading direct conversations with senior buyers, securing national listings and unlocking growth across grocery, convenience, on-trade, foodservice and emerging channels.
You will work closely with the founders to shape and execute Brite’s UK go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities and driving the brand toward category leadership. This role is hands-on, front-line and perfect for someone who wants to build, win and lead with real autonomy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Commercial Leadership & Growth:
* Grow Brite’s presence, visibility and shelf space across major UK retailers.
* Lead and close national account negotiations with grocery, convenience and on-trade partners.
* Expand distribution through new channels such as offices, cafés, gyms and foodservice providers.
* Identify and secure new retail and distribution opportunities that accelerate brand growth.
* Strengthen existing accounts through regular engagement, performance reviews and proactive growth planning.
Sales Execution & Relationship Management:
* Build strong, long-term relationships with senior buyers across all key channels.
* Use data-driven insights to inform revenue forecasting, promotional planning, pricing strategy and category positioning.
* Ensure flawless in-store execution that exceeds category benchmarks.
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure alignment and seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Strategic Input & Market Insight:
* Collaborate with founders to refine and evolve Brite’s UK market strategy.
* Identify trends, emerging opportunities and whitespace channels for expansion.
* Represent customer insight internally to help shape product, innovation and promotional strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales or account management.
* Experience with a food or drink brand is essential (non-negotiable).
* Proven success closing national accounts and scaling a brand within UK retail.
* Strong negotiation experience with senior buyers across multiple channels.
* Track record of ownership, commercial impact and consistent overachievement.
