We are looking for skilled and reliable bartenders and event professionals to join our team for a variety of exciting events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The majority of this position is bar work but other event work may be required on occasion.
As a freelance position, there are no fixed working patterns. Shifts are offered on an event-by-event basis, giving you the flexibility to choose when you work.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working behind a bar or in a similar customer-facing role.
* Leadership experience, such as running shifts or managing staff (beneficial but not essential).
* A professional attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
* Strong communication skills will be required to speak with guests and clients.
Training will be provided to ensure all team members align with our company's vision, standards, and expectations. For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities for growth, including promotion to shift supervisor and responsibility for close-down and lock-up procedures.
