Leeds Citizens Advice & Law Centre is working for a fairer society where people are free from the effects of poverty and injustice. We are a local charity helping over 35,000 people a year with welfare benefits, debt, housing, energy issues, and more. Our services are delivered by face-to-face, telephone and online channels.
We have a vacancy for a Team Leader for our Money Advice Team. Experience of people management is desirable but this role may also appeal to an experienced debt caseworker with a good level of technical knowledge who is looking to develop skills in managing and supervising others, and support holistic service delivery in related advice areas.
Responsibilities
As Money Advice Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring our debt and money advice services are delivered to high quality standards with a strong focus on client care.
You will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver quality services, helping the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential for this role, along with a solution focused approach and an understanding of the importance of motivating individuals to succeed.
