About Us: Tecni-Form is a leading UK manufacturer specializing in rotational moulding and reaction injection moulding (RIM). With over 50 years of experience, we serve diverse sectors including automotive, healthcare, and industrial equipment. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has established us as a trusted partner for clients such as JCB, Caterpillar, and Veolia.
The Opportunity: This is a significant opportunity for an experienced and commercially astute Company Accountant to join a small team in the company’s Hove office (remote from the manufacturing site). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Finance Manager position in a commercial or manufacturing environment and will be someone who, in the near future, would be looking to take the next steps to FD level.
You will be working as part of a successful, privately owned, polymer manufacturing company that genuinely offers and fosters a supportive and forward-thinking work culture. It is somewhere where staff are valued and rewarded for their contribution.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in leading the finance function, together with month-end reporting, budgeting processes, and financial insight – partnering with stakeholders across the business and helping to shape the next stage of our growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of the finance function, improve processes, and drive performance. This role will suit a hands-on Company Accountant who is looking for their next long-term challenge.
