* Hours: 37 hours per week, term time + 4 weeks

* Salary Scale: NJC SO1 pro rata £34,434 – £39,152 (actual £32,094 – £36,491)

Responsibilities
* Leadership and management of the year group.
* Join the pastoral team and work closely with the Pastoral Manager, Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.
* Support the improvement of outcomes for young people.

* Excellent practitioner with a passion for improving outcomes for young people.
* Disclosure and Barring Service check required.
Benefits
