We seek a qualified, NMC-registered Health Visitor who is highly skilled in communication and teamwork. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, especially focusing on the 6 High Impact Areas, using evidence-based practice. You should have excellent assessment skills and be effective in partnership working to develop personalized care for your caseload.
