BNY Investments is a leading investment manager, with $2.2 Trillion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Head of Retail Retirement to join the BNY Investments team. This role is located in London.
Responsibilities
* Own the UK retail retirement strategy, including in‑retirement and decumulation, and reset it as needed.
* Act as the senior UK lead and external face of Retail Retirement for BNY Investments.
* Drive AUM and revenue growth across advisory (IFA/platform) and insurance channels.
* Set clear success measures and take accountability for pipeline, AUM, and revenue outcomes.
* Engage directly with advisory firms, platforms, wealth managers, and insurers to identify needs.
* Translate client and distributor needs into scalable retirement solutions (income, drawdown, risk management).
* Partner with Product and Investment teams on solution design, wrappers, and distribution.
* Lead retirement research, content, and thought leadership for advisers and distributors.
* Work with Sales and Marketing on go‑to‑market activity, training, and adviser education.
* Lead use of digital, data, and AI tools to improve adviser workflows, suitability, and outcomes.
Qualifications
* Deep knowledge of the UK retail pensions and retirement market across IFAs, platforms, wealth, and insurers.
* Proven track record building and commercialising retirement propositions with measurable results.
* Strong commercial and data skills, including attribution, pipeline, and outcome tracking.
* Experience influencing and leading across Product, Investments, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Risk.
* IMC (or equivalent) required; pensions and financial advice qualifications preferred.
