The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in September 2025. This is a full-time role, supporting teaching and learning across the school and working closely with class teachers to ensure that all pupils reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of high-quality learning in line with the national curriculum.
* Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
* Provide individual and small-group support to pupils, including those with SEND.
* Promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
* Monitor and report on pupils’ progress under the direction of the class teacher.
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Person Specification:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting all learners.
