In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring that security protocols are upheld at all times. About the Role
* Welcoming staff and visitors and creating a safe,professional atmosphere
* Conducting regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism.
* Monitoring access points, CCTV, and handling security procedures
* Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed.
* Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns.
* Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required.
* Adapting to different client sites – no two days are the same
* Responding calmly andconfidently to incidents or concerns
* Working as part of a diverse, supportive team

Qualifications
* To hold a current DS / SG SIA Licence
* Proven experience in asecurity role or a similar position.
* Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
* Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high‑pressure situations.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
