Job Description: As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will be responsible for setting and optimising multiple Arburg moulding machines fitted with supporting robotics. Working on a dedicated night shift, you will ensure machines are set in line with job specifications, maintaining quality and efficiency while supporting the overall operation of the factory. Key Responsibilities: Set and change over injection moulding machines in line with job cards and production requirements. Work with Arburg machines and associated robotic systems. Edit and adjust tooling to meet job specifications. Carry out first-off inspections to ensure components meet quality standards. Complete all relevant paperwork in line with production and quality procedures. Support machine operation when setting activities are not required. Prepare machines for upcoming production runs.
