What you’ll do
* Provide exceptional levels of service and support to members at Bloomsbury House.
* Maintain high operating standards across the site and cultivate positive relationships with service partners.
* Coordinate a range of activities and moving parts with a solution‑driven approach.
* Communicate professionally, respond promptly to member queries, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
* Experience with operations, building and stakeholder management, sales, facilities coordination, and Health & Safety regulations within a 5‑Star hospitality or co‑working environment is preferred.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in operations, building and stakeholder management, sales, facilities coordination, and Health & Safety regulations in relevant environments is preferred.
