About The Role

This role is based with our Land Development team in Nottingham and will start September 2026 (or around that time). * Preparing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Access Strategies
* Supporting junction modelling and feasibility studies
* Contributing to masterplans and development layouts
* Assisting with stakeholder engagement with local authorities and clients
* Analysing data, producing clear reports and presenting findings to the team

This opportunity offers exposure to the full development lifecycle – from early concept to planning submission and beyond. To see examples of the type of work you could be involved with, view our recent project at https://pellfrischmann.com/our-work/merton-regeneration/.

What We Offer

* 2–3 Year Graduate Development Programme designed to accelerate your professional growth with technical training, mentoring and support for chartership attributes (e.g., CIHT, ICE, TPS)
* Prime central Nottingham office for convenient commuting
* Project variety and responsibility – work on high‑profile, real‑world schemes from day one
* Supportive, collaborative team culture that values curiosity, creativity and continuous learning

About You

* A degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Interest in development planning, sustainable transport and city design
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive, problem‑solving mindset

Right To Work Requirements
