About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As a Solar PV Sales Consultant, you’ll respond to incoming leads, provide expert advice, and generate bespoke quotes using Salesforce CRM. You’ll work closely with operations teams to ensure a smooth installation process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming leads for solar and battery storage
- Advising customers via phone and email
- Completing desktop surveys ahead of in-person visits
- Generating tailored quotes using Salesforce CRM
- Liaising with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Working towards quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Outbound sales campaign support
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience in solar sales or a similar consultative sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of Solar PV and battery storage solutions
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
- Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
