Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute full scope Red Team engagements simulating advanced persistent threats.
* Develop and refine attack methodologies aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and emerging threat intelligence.
* Collaborate with Blue Teams to validate detection and response capabilities.
* Produce detailed reports and deliver executive-level briefings on findings and recommendations.
* Continuously research and integrate new offensive security techniques and tools.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Red Teaming, penetration testing, or offensive security operations.
* Deep understanding of adversary tactics, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and evasion techniques.
* Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
* Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OSSTMM.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business impact.
