Talent Management Business Partner, EMEA - Commercial, Data, IP Tech & Trade, Crawley, West Sussex
This role involves collaborating with EMEA CDIT Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) and Business Managers (BMs) to enhance practice group and lawyer performance, aligned with the firm's strategic goals. The position requires close work with the EMEA Director of Talent Management and other Business Partners, providing high-quality business partnering support to lawyers within the PG. It is a hands-on, collaborative role involving liaising with various stakeholders and offering proactive HR advice.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Operate as a Business Partner for designated PGLs and BMs to understand their strategic needs related to their teams.
2. Coordinate with Talent Management and Recruitment to deliver engagement, team planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, and organizational development initiatives.
3. Support the integration of lateral partners and provide HR advisory support on people-related issues.
4. Partner with leadership teams to develop People strategies and resources for EMEA.
Travel may be required occasionally. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields, extensive HR/Talent Management experience, and excellent communication skills in English. Personal qualities include integrity, proactivity, diligence, and strong interpersonal skills.
