We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice as a Regional Area Manager in the Oxfordshire area.
The role will involve carrying out Professional Valuation and Survey work, as well as Managing and Leading the region and Surveying team. The role will require an experienced and well qualified individual with a broad skill set in Surveying who has had previous experience Managing people and can offer positive leadership skills
Working hours:
1. Full Time
2. Home-based working role.
The successful Regional Surveying Manager will be offered:
3. Basic salary between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
4. 12.5% Commission on personal net billings
5. OTE of £85,000 - £90,000

To be considered for the Regional Surveying Manager role you must have:
13. Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualifications
14. Strong track record in Surveying
15. Registered Valuer Status
16. Ability and experience in Managing a team
17. Positive and Helpful outlook
18. Strong Knowledge of RICS rules and regulations
As a Regional Surveying Manager, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work including:
19. Level 2 Surveys
20. Level 3 Surveys
21. Red Book Valuations
22. Bespoke Building Surveys
23. Private and Panel work
24. Managing a team of Surveyors, offering support and advice
25. Spearhead any business development opportunities to secure new business
