About the Role
This is a fully employed, office-based position, offering you:
A steady flow of pre-qualified warm leads
Full administrative and compliance support
The chance to deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
Opportunities to expand into wills, trusts, commercial finance, and utility brokering
You’ll work closely with clients from first enquiry to final completion, delivering compliant, tailored advice while helping people make life-changing decisions with confidence.

Requirements:
CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential
Proven experience giving both mortgage and protection advice
Strong commercial awareness and attention to compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive mindset and high level of personal accountability
