Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager Europe, you will support the implementation of our European learning strategy and contribute to building a strong learning culture across multiple countries. Based at either our London or Paris Corporate Office, you will coordinate and deliver learning activities, ensuring consistency, quality, and engagement in all training initiatives across Europe. With the nature of this role, travel within Europe is frequently required and approximately 2-3 trips per quarter.
* Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) in collaboration with managers and departments to identify skills gaps and learning priorities.
* Coordinate and implement the European training plan in alignment with the Group's learning strategy and local business priorities.
* Design, organize, and facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual) for both operational and corporate teams.
* Adapt global learning content to local cultural and regulatory contexts, ensuring relevance and engagement.
* Manage relationships with training providers and oversee administrative processes (contracts, attendance, reporting).
* Monitor learning KPIs (training hours, participation rate, completion rate) and report progress to the L&D Manager Europe.
* Support hotel openings and transformation projects through onboarding and learning programs.
* Contribute to European and global L&D initiatives, including the development of Ascott Academy Europe and the Qualiopi certification process.
* Deliver and facilitate training sessions within the cluster, covering onboarding programmes and specific learning topics identified in the Learning Directory.
* Fluency in both English and French; an additional European language (German or Spanish) is a strong advantage.
* A degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field.
* Proven experience delivering and facilitating training sessions, ideally within hospitality or service industries.
* Experience in training needs analysis, learning coordination, and L&D project implementation.
* Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across different levels of the organization.
* Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
* Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively with international teams.
* Proficiency and confidence in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, GO1, or Workday.
