This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and key account management, supporting customers across sectors including Energy, Transport, and Industry. You will oversee the technical sales pipeline, manage complex customer applications, and drive team performance while maintaining relationships with strategic industry accounts.

Lead, coach, and support the Technical Sales team
Manage team KPIs, pipeline activity, and quotation performance
Review and approve complex technical quotations
Support customers with technical problem-solving and solution development
Conduct customer site visits (across the UK) and build long-term relationships
Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to deliver effective solutions

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or similar roles
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a team
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, or industrial safety
Full UK driving licence
