About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team on an on-going temporary basis. This role is part of a vital project focused on updating customer records, specifically gathering and recording information regarding customer vulnerabilities and any support they may require.
This is a repetitive yet highly important role that requires a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in every customer interaction.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers by phone to update details of any vulnerabilities
