Fully on-site role (5 days per week in the London office)
The role:
Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department.
Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions.
Requirements
England & Wales qualified solicitor
Background in property law (residential and/or commercial)
