Randstad Student Support is looking for dedicated Specialist Autism Mentors in St. Andrews to assist students with autism. In this impactful role, youll provide one:on:one guidance, helping them navigate academic challenges and reach their potential.
Starting as soon as possible, youll serve as a trusted advisor, helping students build confidence and develop essential skills. Your responsibilities will include:
* Listening to students to manage stress and anxiety
* Encouraging independent learning
* Developing organisational and time management skills
* Creating opportunities for future career growth

Desirable skills include:
Experience of working with autistic clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify ways of helping students to build on their learning strengths whilst maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship
Punctuality and reliability
Good organisational skills
Ability to manage a caseload of students
