Job Description
Scholars School System, a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB), is seeking a Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer across all campuses, including Birmingham, Manchester, London, Bradford, and Leicester, based in Birmingham.
Reports to
Director of Admissions and Marketing
Purpose and Responsibilities
The Marketing, Recruitment and Outreach department is responsible for meeting recruitment and conversion targets, as well as wider college objectives. The team maintains strong links with external stakeholders and collaborates with all college departments. We welcome applications from innovative and driven individuals committed to our mission and values. This is a permanent position.
Main Duties
1. Develop relationships with schools, colleges, job centres, and training providers.
2. Implement strategies to increase applications and build stakeholder relationships.
3. Organize three pre-application Open Days attracting over 2,000 visitors each.
4. Coordinate recruitment activities nationally for targeted stakeholders and all campuses.
5. Develop and manage communication plans, including content creation and mailings.
6. Oversee website content related to student recruitment and outreach.
7. Maintain links with schools, colleges, and careers services.
8. Coordinate with marketing for promotional materials.
9. Manage activity data, feedback, and stakeholder records.
10. Represent Scholars School System at stakeholder meetings and forums.
11. Perform other relevant duties as needed.

Qualifications
* BSc/Master’s Degree in Marketing.
* Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in UK higher/further education.
Salary and Benefits
* Competitive salary.
* Basic hours: 9am to 6pm on-site.
* Travel required for recruitment events.
* 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
* Up to £5,000 annual incentives, paid quarterly upon KPI achievement.
* 3% annual salary increase upon KPI achievement and service anniversary.
