Job Responsibilities
1. Plan all tasks related to shutdowns by collaborating with Operations and Maintenance, ensuring effective planning to improve reliability, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
2. Implement effective scheduling to achieve asset care KPIs, collaborating with Operations through daily meetings.
3. Review work requests, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with Maintenance and Operations teams.
4. Support Improvement Teams by scheduling Failure Analysis work orders based on team feedback.
5. Produce weekly scorecards, provide labor utilization data, maintain SAP records, and prepare reports.
6. Maintain SAP data, including new equipment and asset care regimes.
7. Support internal audits such as PEMM, BRC, and AIB by taking ownership of related issues.
8. Apply analytical thinking and numerical skills to support decision-making within the team.
9. Adapt to changing environments by generating ideas and solutions.
10. Prioritize workload with attention to detail.
11. Communicate effectively across different levels within and outside the organization.
12. Negotiate and influence others effectively.
13. Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and SAP.
14. Participate actively in meetings, demonstrating assertiveness and confidence.
15. Have knowledge of system equipment and flow streams to optimize system efficiency and quality.
16. Maintain daily contact with peers and employees at all levels.
