The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will take a hands-on approach to a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
* Sales and acquisitions
* Landlord and tenant transactions
* Acting for significant investors and tenants
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
* Advising on property finance and development matters
You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team that encourages collaboration and personal growth.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: 3 years + PQE in commercial property law
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent client management and communication abilities
* A commercial mindset and the ability to understand client objectives
* Confidence in networking and building client relationships
* High levels of organisation and the ability to meet challenging deadlines
