* Support students aged 4-19 with a range of complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH challenges
* Work closely with class teachers and the wider support team to help students access learning
* Support students to regulate emotions and develop social skills
* Collaborate with staff to contribute to personalised learning pathways
