The Role: As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll handle a full caseload of residential property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity Other general residential conveyancing transactions You’ll be joining a close-knit team of two Fee Earners and two Assistants at the Oswestry office, with access to strong administrative support and resources to help you succeed. About You: Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor with around 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing However, those with more or less experience will be considered based on suitability and team fit You’ll be able to hit the ground running, manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and work well in a collaborative team setting What’s on Offer?
