What’s on offer Basic salary up to £47,000, depending on experience £1,500 sign‑on bonus, paid in month 1 £1,500 retention bonus, paid in month 13 42‑hour working week Additional over‑performance bonus opportunities The role As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering a first‑class customer experience built on trust, quality and transparency. You’ll work across diagnostics, servicing and repairs, from routine maintenance through to more complex technical work, always aiming for right‑first‑time fixes and the highest workshop standards. What we’re looking for City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive (or equivalent) Current experience as a Vehicle Technician MOT licence preferred (but not essential) Own set of tools Full UK driving licence Why join Vertu Motors?
