Our exclusive client based in Leyland are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. This company have gone through a period of massive growth and need an extra person to support the team with the volumes of work this has created.
Duties include:
Purchase ledger duties including processing invoices, dealing with supplier queries and statement reconciliations
Assisting with the weekly and monthly payment run
Sales ledger duties including allocating payments
Dealing with sales ledger queries including raising any credits where necessary
A small amount of credit control duties
Bank reconciliations
Any other adhoc accounts admin duties as and when required
You need to have accounts experience to be considered for this role. The company will pay AAT after probationary period should the candidate want it, however this isnt essential. Previous experience of Xero would be advantageous.
In return you will receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible start and finish time (37.5 hour week) pension and free on site parking.
