Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for fantastic company based in Fareham.
This role is offered on a 3-month temp role initially with a view of extension or even permanent.
Duties include:
1. Taking inbound calls from customers
2. Book appointments (not sales!)
3. General administration
4. Supporting technicians with job allocation
Personal requirements:
5. They use Salesforce (CRM), but full training is offered.
6. Confident personality
7. Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700
Salary: circa £26,000
