Electrician (Company Van Included) Location: Around Norwich Salary: £40,509.90 per year Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Full-time, Permanent DBS: Basic Disclosure required The Role We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to carry out electrical maintenance and improvement works across residential properties in and around the Norwich area. This is a permanent position offering stable, long-term work within domestic properties. A company van is provided with the role, along with tools and equipment. The employer is also happy to support the successful candidate in gaining their 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification. Main Duties & Responsibilities Undertake all electrical works including maintenance, modernisation, improvements and remedial works across properties. Complete rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, wiring, connection and commissioning of heating fuel systems. Ensure all jobs are correctly closed down via a mobile device upon completion. Take responsibility for company equipment including van stock, tools, vehicle and materials. Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required. Maintain high safety standards to ensure the security of tenants and properties. Work in both occupied and void properties, including confined spaces such as roof voids.
