Role
Community-based Care Assistant supporting customers in their own homes across March, Whittlesey, Chatteris and surrounding villages.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect
* Support medication administration
* Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Promote independence and choiceComplete accurate care documentation
Qualifications and Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to your own car for work
* Must be able to work alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
* Must have the right to work in the UK
* Full DBS check and satisfactory references required
