Accounts Assistant – The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our collaborative team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks across accounts preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll. You’ll work closely with clients and support the smooth running of daily operations within the business.
Responsibilities
* Purchase and Sales ledger liaising directly with clients
* Performing bookkeeping and payroll duties with accuracy and efficiency
* Using accounting software Microsoft 365 Business Central to maintain financial records
* Keeping all financial documents well-organised, both digitally and on paper
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft 365 Business Central – essential
* Familiarity with accounts preparation
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A team player with a proactive mindset and a client-first attitude
