Job Description
We are looking for a Partnerships Sales Manager for a real estate development opportunity in Edinburgh, Scotland.
This is a high-impact role focused on driving strategic growth through partnership development across the UK market. It offers the opportunity to own the full sales cycle while contributing directly to the expansion of a rapidly growing global network.
What will you do?
* Delivering at least 10 new partner locations every year, increasing system revenue by £5m+ per annum
* Generating awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections
* Identifying, contacting, and pitching prospective partners through networking, local canvassing, and cold-calling
* Sourcing partners capable of delivering rapid network growth through building conversions or new acquisitions
* Selling partnership solutions, leading commercial negotiations, and securing board approval for new deals
* Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts with legal support
* Spending significant time in the field generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals
Requirements
* Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
* Self-starter with a strong drive to generate leads and deliver results
* Proven ability to identify and close deals quickly with persistence and focus
* Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple deals of significant scale (£250k+ investment)
* Self-sufficient, deal-driven mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks
* Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences
* Ability to work under pressure and independently create interest in complex propositions
* Strong business and financial acumen to build credibility in the sales process
