We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Finance Department at De Vere Beaumont Estate as a Finance Assistant on a 1 year work placement/internship. You will work closely with our team of finance hospitality professionals who will support you throughout your time with us, ensuring you are fully immersed within the department. By joining a friendly and supportive environment, you will gain hands-on experience across the hotel’s operational finance and accounting processes, whilst working to financial and business deadlines. During this placement, you will support the accurate processing of finance procedures including purchase ledger, sales ledger and banking activity. You will also have the opportunity to support project-based work which may include revenue audit, cost control and purchasing, helping you build practical finance experience in a live hospitality environment. You may be studying towards a degree in finance, hospitality, business or a related subject, or you may have recently completed your degree or be early in your career and looking to gain relevant finance experience. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential. You will have a strong attention to detail, good timekeeping skills and the ability to manage changing priorities. Strong numeracy and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role, along with a willingness to learn and get involved. You must be able to join the scheme from September 2025.
