The opportunity
We’re looking for a Commercial & Partnerships Executive to help drive SEG3’s commercial growth.
You’ll work closely with the founder to support, and increasingly own - ticket sales, sponsorships and creative partnerships - from outreach and follow-ups through to delivery and renewal.

What you’ll do
Commercial outreach & pipeline
* Proactively reach out to prospects, reply to inbound enquiries and manage existing relationships
* Schedule calls with potential attendees, sponsors and partners to understand their goals and position SEG3’s events and platforms as a way to achieve them
* Use clear, compelling written and verbal communication with senior executives globally
* Progress and close smaller commercial opportunities independently, with support on larger deals
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of ticket buyers, sponsors and partners
* Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date with contacts, activity and next steps
* Track opportunities and be diligent in keeping on top of deal processes
Partnerships & deal support
* Support negotiations and deal progression alongside the founder
* Help shape proposals and creative partnership structures
* Clearly articulate the value and differentiation of SEG3’s events, audience and platforms
Account management & delivery
* Own relationships with a small number of sponsors and partners
* Nurture accounts throughout the year to support renewals and upsell opportunities
* Proactively build relationships with additional contacts within existing accounts
* Track what’s been sold and ensure deliverables land as promised
* Act as a point of contact post-close and keep partners informed and supported

Your background probably looks something like this
* Some experience in commercial, partnerships, sales or account management (recent graduate to 2 years in industry is fine)
* Comfortable holding commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
* Confident using phone, email and written outreach to move opportunities forward
* Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot a bonus)
* Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple conversations at once
