Salary: £13.47 - £13.90 per hour (plus 10% for qualifying unsocial hour shifts - evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
Hours per week - 37 hours

Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team - Helping People Stay Safe, Supported and Independent
Join our compassionate team helping people stay safe, supported, and independent in their homes - preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
What you will do
* Respond to urgent care and Telecare alerts
* Provide personal care, meal prep, and emergency support
* Travel across Wiltshire delivering timely, empathetic care
* Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Who we are looking for
* Caring, empathetic, and dependable
* Comfortable working independently and in a team
* Understanding of elderly or disabled peoples needs
* No formal qualifications needed - we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
