You’ll be responsible for managing the entire customer journey — from booking vehicles in for repair to arranging collection and return — ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Key Responsibilities * Booking vehicles in for repair and arranging timely collection and delivery * Handling inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner * Managing customer queries and complaints with a focus on timely resolution * Updating internal systems and external insurer portals with accurate information * Maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the repair process * Supporting the wider team with administrative duties and vehicle movement when required * Working towards individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction scores About You We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer care. Experience in the automotive or accident repair industry is preferred but not essential.
