The Nursery Manager will oversee all aspects of the nursery’s daily operations, leading with integrity, care, and vision. From setting high standards in safeguarding to supporting staff development and fostering positive relationships with families, the Manager will be instrumental in building a truly exceptional early years service. Company pension scheme Key Responsibilities Lead the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are consistently upheld Oversee daily operations, compliance, staffing, and curriculum planning Build strong, trust-based partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community Support, coach, and inspire team members to reach their full potential Monitor quality and implement continuous improvements across the setting Reference: WILL136394/MW INDCHI
