🔹 What is a Cover Supervisor?
A Cover Supervisor supervises pupils in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work. You'll manage classroom behaviour, provide support where necessary, and ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
🔹 What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people (in education, coaching, youth work, or similar)
Strong classroom management skills
Confidence to lead a class and deliver instructions clearly
Flexibility and reliability
A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
