Asset Management Loans Middle Office Analyst: Mayfair based boutique Asset Manager (Graduate with ideally 6-months – 2-years Operations experience, can come from a Payments or Reconciliations background)
Martis Search are representing a Mayfair based boutique Alternative Asset Management company to urgently hire an “Asset Management Loans Investment Operations Middle Office Analyst.”
Our client is small Mayfair based Asset Manager with several small global offices and the role is based on the Investment floor, sitting next to the Front Office Sales and Fund Managers.
The role sits within their Loans Middle Office Operations team and provides Front Office Investment Operations/ Fund Administration support for their Portfolio Managers.
Our client trades a range of different types of Loans for institutional clients such as Pension Funds and Insurance companies and has a solid $aum and 2024 performance.
Our client is looking for someone of graduate calibre, ideally someone with a 2:1 in a numerate based subject i.e. Economics, Mathematics etc and ideally with ideally 6-months – 2-years Operations experience gained from any reputable Financial Services type organisation.
You will be taught the entire Loans Operations Middle Office including:
* Months and Quarterly NAV’s/ Valuations
* Fund Administration
* Trade Processing and Trade Support
* Trade Query resolution
* Reconciliations
* Loans Documentation
* Invoice Settlement
* Administrator, Custodian and Transfer Agent Oversight of Operations
Salary
Between £35 k pa - £45 k pa dependent upon experience, plus a discretionary bonus, healthcare, pension etc.
