Working hours:
This Mortgage Advisor position is full-time, working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays (with a lieu day provided).
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
7. Possess previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, demonstrating strong knowledge of mortgage products
8. Driven to achieve and exceed targets
9. Committed to delivering exceptional service
10. Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
11. CeMAP qualifications
12. Full UK Driving license
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Ability to build rapport with clients
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
15. Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals
16. Provide face-to-face advice to potential buyers within the Great Yarmouth branch
17. Advise clients on a range of mortgage products and processes
18. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending criteria and market trends
19. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders
20. Provide a high level of service in line with compliance
21. Generate new business and chase potential leads
22. Prepare and submit mortgage applications on behalf of clients
23. Follow up with clients throughout the application process to ensure smooth processing
