Senior Trust and Statutory Fundraising Officer
Hybrid – Islington, London (2 days in-office)
Apply by 13th August before 5pm
Are you driven by a passion to protect our planet? Bamboo Fundraising is partnering with the Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA).
EIA investigates and campaigns against environmental crimes such as illegal wildlife trade, deforestation, climate-damaging refrigerants, and ocean pollution. They use undercover investigations and evidence-based advocacy to expose wrongdoing and push for stronger environmental laws globally.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Trust and Statutory Funding Manager and campaign teams to develop and implement a comprehensive institutional fundraising strategy. You should have experience in Trusts and Statutory fundraising.
Your key responsibilities include identifying new funding opportunities, managing applications to statutory funders, and securing support from UK, European, and US grant-making entities.
You will explore innovative funding prospects, develop compelling proposals, and maintain an organized grants database and reporting calendar to ensure effective communication with funders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, are essential.
We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality reports. A proven track record in fundraising, especially with statutory funders, and the ability to translate complex information into impactful narratives are highly desirable.
Join us in making a meaningful difference! Your contributions will support our fight for the environment and help secure a sustainable future.
The interviews are scheduled for 22nd August. Please contact us if you cannot attend, as we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
