Internal Sales Account Manager
Woodbridge Timber Ltd is a leading supplier of high-quality softwood timber products, known for our commitment to excellent customer service and high-level strategic partnerships. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team in Livingston, Scotland.
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring the seamless delivery of timber products to meet customer needs. As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will have an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers through effective communication and a strategic customer-focused approach.
Identifying daily sales opportunities and converting them into successful business transactions, whilst progressing forward thinking commercial agreements.
Preparing and delivering accurate quotes tailored to customer requirements based on stock holdings, customer demands and P&L management.
Monitoring customer accounts and proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of success.
Has proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the timber or construction industry.
Is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously, with a proven record of results.
Demonstrates a good understanding of sales processes and the ability to meet targets consistently.
Is proficient in using CRM / order management systems and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales activity.
