Job Title: RMN Crisis Nurse - Harrogate & Ripon Community Crisis and IHTT
Location: Ripon
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join a dynamic team as Crisis Nurses. As an RMN Crisis Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional crisis intervention and support services to individuals experiencing mental health crises in the Harrogate & Ripon area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and effective crisis assessment and intervention for individuals in acute mental health crises.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement crisis care plans.
3. Conduct risk assessments and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in crisis.
4. Offer therapeutic interventions and support to promote recovery and resilience.
5. Work collaboratively with community resources and services to facilitate ongoing care.
Qualifications:
6. Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
7. Valid NMC registration.
8. Previous experience in crisis intervention or a related mental health setting.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to promoting mental health and well-being.
