Requirements
To be considered for the Teacher, you will:
1. Experience in a school, residential or other work with children and young people.
2. Establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model.
3. Ability to provide empathy, being aware and responding to individuals effectively.
4. Will have recent experience working in either KS1 or KS2 or who understands the key components of both areas of primary education.
5. A constructive and positive attitude towards learning and development
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
7. A desire to work within a school that values continuous improvement and professional growth
