Offer details:
 * Permanent full‑time contract (37.5 h per week)
 * Full flexibility required: Monday to Sunday, nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; relocation may be required.
 * Starting date: January 2026
 * Base salary: £13.85 per hour (starting rate)

Key Responsibilities
 * Store Presentation & Layout: Maintain exceptional brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the store to boost customer flow.
 * Window Displays: Create visually appealing window displays to drive sales and respond to business needs in‑store, while considering customer demand.
 * Trend Awareness: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the latest looks through dressing techniques.
 * Seasonal Merchandising: Refresh displays based on trends, new items, promotions, and seasons.
 * Sales Inventory & Management: Monitor product performance and manage replenishment using sales reports and KPIs.
 * Team Collaboration: Offer visual merchandising training to store staff and support all colleagues to help build a strong, united team.
