Job Advertisement: Static Fabric Engineer

Salary: Up to GBP32,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
1. Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on building fabric elements.
2. Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
3. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
4. Respond to emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
5. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and projects.
6. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Shift Patterns:
Core Hours:
1. Week 1: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
2. Week 2: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
Rota:
1. Week 3:
1. Monday & Tuesday: 07:00 - 16:00
2. Wednesday: 07:00 - 11:30 (1/2 day)
3. Thursday & Friday: Off
2. Week 4:
1. Saturday: 07:30 - 19:30
2. Sunday: 09:30 - 17:30
3. Monday - Friday: 11:30 - 20:30 (On Call week)
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to work the described shift patterns, including weekends and on-call duties.
6. Relevant qualifications and certifications in building maintenance or related fields.
